Perangkat keras UD Telematics atau TGW (Telematics Gateaway) sudah terpasang pada truk sejak dari pabrik. UD Telematics sudah teruji sehingga akurasi data dan kualitas terjamin, termasuk kestabilan sistemnya karena terhubung dengan ECU (Engine Control Unit).
